Pilates is a fitness regimen that combines strengthening and stretching exercises designed to work the entire body in fluid movements; a great core stabilization class!

You!  Pilates is for anyone who wants to have fun, streamline their body and narrow their waist-line! At Excel, we do the mat form of Pilates. There are all levels of Pilates: introductory/beginner, intermediate, and advanced!  The instructors will cater to your needs. Everyone is welcome to attend!
