Laura Gramlich, LMT, is a 2005 graduate of the Massage Therapy Institute of Missouri (MTIM). While at MTIM Laura studied Reflexology, Swedish, Reiki, and Sports Massage among many other modalities.

Swedish Massage

This relaxing massage method can improve circulation and relieve muscle tension and soreness. Swedish strokes are smooth and promote a state of total relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

This is a deeper massage utilizing firm pressure and is good for those who have chronic pain and muscle tension. This type of massage can also be combined with the hot stone massage to help melt away the pain and tension of today's hectic environment.

Hot Stone Massage

This is a specialized therapy utilizing smooth stones that are heated and applied to the body with long, relaxing strokes that melt away tension. This is a treatment you must try if you want an ultimate pampering.

Reflexology

Stimulates individual parts of the feet that correspond to individual parts of the body. Working these reflexes reduces tension, improves blood flow and can help various other medical conditions. $60.00

Reiki

An enery work technique that uses palcement of hands on or near the body to help move energy levels around and balance the body. May be done fully clothed. $50.00

Paraffin Treatment

Hans or feet are dipped into warm paraffin wax, then wrapped. A moisturizing lotion is also used to make skin baby soft. Relaxing and soothing. Hands or feet = $10.00
