24 Hour Fitness Center

Excel Fitness Center offers the best fitness facility in town and the only one open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our equipment includes weights, treadmills, stair steppers, rowing machines, stationary bikes, and balance and coordination aides.

Excel offers Personal Trainers to assist in top performance. A Personal Trainer is available by appointment to personalize workout programs. An initial consult is required for a fitness evaluation and setup of personalized workout. Additional personal training sessions are available by appointment.

Led by our experienced professionals, you will find these classes both entertaining and challenging. Pilates

Pilates is 45 minutes of core strengthening and flexibility to streamline the body and narrow the waistline.


Ab Lab

This 30 minute class of intense exercises targeting the abdominal muscles will mold your hard-to-train midsection.


Aerobics

60 minutes of aerobic exericise, with stretching and stength training routines, focusing on improving all elements of your fitness


Turbo-kick Aerobics

This exciting 45 minute class will combine intense kickboxing moves, as well as dance moves. Its the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense strength and endurance traning, as well as a relaxing cool down.


Boot Camp

An intense 60 minute class combines the best of simple strength and cardio
exercises. No matter what your fitness level, this class is for those who want to be
challenged with a no nonsense total body workout. Basic sports drills and challenges will help you reach new levels of fitness. An intense cross training style workout. Great for the athlete or those who just want to push their fitness limits. Challenge your strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination with a unique blend of exercises put together and led by Excel's resident expert in personal training.


Zumbaerobics

Zumbaerobics combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. Come join us for one of the most effective and fun classes that is sweeping the nation.
