Boot Camp is Now In Session. Excel now offers the ever popular and very effective Boot Camp class. Join us on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:15pm for an intense cross training workout. Training with the Best Trained. Recently, John, Excel's Physical Therapy Assistant & Leader of our Athletic Enhancement program, attending a Rehab Mentorship with Athletic Performance Institute (API). This highly regarded training facility recently assisted Sam Bradford become the #1 pick in the 2010 NFL Draft and is currently assisting Missouri Quarterback, Blaine Gabbert, for the 2011 NFL draft.

New Staff Members! Please assist us in welcoming 2 new members to the Excel Family, Sam Goedrich and LeslieAnn Luekenhoff. Sam comes to Excel with over 20 years of Occupational Therapy experience.
